I have package 3 and I have been able to get historical intraday data for other symbols. Here's what I do: file/find symbol/long-term historical chart symbols/KC#/open intraday chart. SC acts like it's downloading but nothing appears in chart. I have also tried file/find symbol/futures/KCZ3/open intraday chart and that does the same thing - blank chart. Thanks for any help.
