URGENT! Bitmex position and order data not in sync.

Hi,

I have currently no orders or positions on Bitmex, but SC show the position i had last night. Tried to reconnect, restart, clear "Orders & Positions log". To no avail.

Here is log.

When I marker order it says: "Pending order" and it just sticks to the price level, while the order already have executed on Bitmex.

UPDATE: It is currently not possible to trade with SC. Can't cancel orders, because they are not registered on the client, but they are on Bitmex! Have to cancel them directly on their web page.

Look at the position. That position does not exist.

Also having this issue. Orders show pending open - even though they are opened on Bitmex. You cannot cancel the pending open order from sierra charts. It will just say pending cancel and the order is still open. Then the trade log pops up and says order timed out.

In general these kinds of issues are going to be on the BitMEX side related to another software layer/bridge/gateway used for order routing.

What you see in Sierra Chart represents the state of orders and positions as presented by BitMEX.

We have reset the connection to BitMEX on our side which should help.

We're looking into this on our side but have not yet found anything abnormal in the connector. We have restarted the related services - could you please see if the issue is resolved?

Seems like bitmex is taking their time fixing this.
At this point, this is more for us to do with a direct connection to BitMEX. We know this has taken some time for us to get to finish. We just have so many other priorities which come up.

Sorry, I did not have time to reply here yesterday.

The problem resolved yesterday, but only after Bitmex restarted their services.
