BitMex orders disapearing

Hi,

My orders are disapearing from the chart,
this is the error message i get ( i also opened a support ticket with BitMex for this issue

These problems are going to be on the BitMEX side. There really is not much we can do.


We are working on direct integration to BitMEX and when that is done, we expect these problems to be resolved or substantially less. Allow about 60 days for this.

Hi,

Is this direct integration close or completed yet? I'm new to bitmex and have been noticing failed stop loss orders and also orders disappearing.

No, this is not completed and it is not possible at this point to give an estimation date. But we would not expect this to be more than two months from now.
