Looks like we need to create our own exchange which is planned.

In bitmex, the stop limit has an option "close on trigger" which defines the Close order can only reduce positions. Attached is the screencapture. Does sierra chart offer thus function? or any execinst variable for this? Thank you.

Thanks

In response to post #53 contact BitMEX about this. We do not know. But refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/BitMEX_Trading.php#SettingOrderExecutionInstructions

In response to post #54 and #55 this is the wrong thread and we are deleting those posts. But it sounds like you should run the 32-bit version of Sierra Chart.

Hi, my Sierra Chart can not connected to Bitmex these two days, always trying reconnecting. Two days ago everything runs fine. I tried disconnected manually and reconnect, still not work. I tried updated to the prelease version from 1713 to 1714, also does not work. Please help, thank you.

In response to post #57, the log is indicating a network connectivity issue to the BitMEX server.

There is nothing we can do to help with that.

We see you are China. Perhaps the Chinese authorities are blocking access to BitMEX.

There is another method to connect, and we will provide instructions.

Hello,

i hope i wont mess up this thread with my new topic. But since this seems to be the official place to get help for live bitmex problems, i take my chance:

I have everything running, chart trading works well and the price is always equal to the bitmex price on my bitmex site...no complains there.

BUT, for some unclear reason sierra chart weekly bar does NOT fit the weekly bar on the bitmex chart. I let Bitmex run in its own instance of sierrachart and the time setting is

UTC, like the server setting bitmex uses. STILL sierrachart started to draw a new week at 3.11.2018 0:00 UTC , and its still sunday.

How can i fix this?

Best Regards

In response to post #59, start a new Support Request and provide the Message Log as explained here after trying to connect:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

In response to post #60, this is not the right place for this. However, refer to this section:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#WeeklyHistoricalCharts

You need to enable the option to use Monday as the start of the week.

This thread is now locked.
