Hello,

when I export a data file these file can have 5GB or more of data.

How/where can I influence the amount of data exported ?

I tried to change the chart settings "days to load" etc. but this seems to have no effect on it.

You need to use this command instead:

Thank you.

I attaced two files. Both contain data

from
2017/10/30, 00:00:02

until
2017/11/1, 05:00:19.1

When I load these files into SC via Edit -> Import ..

The beginning and ending date/time/price in the chart window (starting on 2017/10/29, ending with different price on 2017/11/1) does not correspond with the data in the file.

I would be thankful for any hint how I can solve that.

Happy Christmas.

Make sure the timestamps in the files are UTC. Although not sure that is relevant to the problem. It does not sound like get but it is something to check anyway.
