i am trying to set up data through Sierra Charts.
I use SC just for data and charting.
I have a seperate account to execute trades and that is through Interactive Brokers.

I need to set up real-time data for TSX Equities, U.S. Equities, GLBX(CME), Russel,NASDAQ and NYSE Indices.

Can you help me?

I just want to use Sierra charts for data and charting.

Is it possible to talk with someone, i am finding this very confusing and i know it isnt that difficult.
All i want to do is get data for CME GBLX U.S exchanges and TSX.
I THINK I HAVE PAID FOR 3 CONNECTIONS IN ERROR, I ONLY NEED 1.
I really need help, i have no idea what i am doing.

This is not about data or exchange fees this is about getting set up properly and getting through the steps correctly, i understand that data is from the exchanges and has nothing to do with sierra charts, but i have no idea the steps and process i need to follow to get set up, as a paying costumer can i please get help??

We can go ahead and activate exchanges for you now. But we need you to tell us what specific exchanges from this list you want activated:

If you are considered a professional (Let us know), then you do have to pay the higher priced CME exchange fees. If we need you to add additional credit to your account, we will let you know how much.

You also paid for two real-time connections. We canceled the second one.

Will not be responding to your account support tickets any further. Further discussion on this matter will be in this thread only.

Also, there is no telephone support for all the time involved with exchange fees and whether you are a professional or not and exchange agreements. Unless you want to pay for that time at 75 USD per hour.

We have activated the following exchange for you:

-CME, For professionals and users without a trading account

In regards to TSX, we have contacted Barchart about this. In the case of US equities professional, there is a special procedure to go through for this and the cost is:
AMEX $24 billed by the exchange
NYSE $50 billed by the exchange
NASDAQ $25 billed by Barchart

US equities professional is only offered as a package and all of these fees have to be paid. You cannot just get the NYSE.

Barchart has activated your account for AMEX, NYSE and NASDAQ.


Response from Barchart regarding TSX:

The user qualified as a professional so the professional TSX exchange would need to be activated using the code TZ. The cost for the professional TSX data is $78.75 a month as opposed to $36.75 for the non-professional. Please let em know if you would like me to add this.

Your Services Balance is not sufficient for the TSX Exchange Fee. You need to have a Services Balance of at least 78.75 USD.

The exchange fee you are paying for does not require a live trading account.

This symbol is NQH18.

The problem with not receiving the real-time CME data has now been determined and we are going to release a solution in about 10 minutes.

It is a special case involving the use of the US equities professional exchanges and CME data at the same time.
