2 internal IDs for the same order

I set up email alert for order filled.
I noticed the same order (1 contract), 2 email alerts were sent out with different Internal IDs. One of the Internal ID is not visible in Trade Activity log.

Why are there 2 internal IDs for the same order ? and why 1 of them is not shown in Trade Activity log? Is there any setting problem at my side?

I have attached the screenshot of email alerts, and also trade activity log.

Those must be different orders. There can be no doubt about that whatsoever. You can even see that those order fills have different fill prices. It is not possible for there to be any type of fault with this.

We have no way to validate from our side whether one of those fills is missing from the Trade Activity Log or not because we do not have the actual Trade Activity Log file from you. It really makes no sense why one of them would be missing. But like we said we have no way to validate this unless we get the entire file.
