All my charts stopped loading

I updated SC to 1653 and now all charts in my chartbook are blank. It says that historical data is loaded but chart windows are empty. Also, the platform freezes even when the chartbook contains only 1 chart. I tried to open different chartbooks but they will only open to blank charts. This is the first time I come across this behaviour. Log attached. The rollback to 1652 prerelease didn't help. Done. The issue is the following: If I use a Tick Size of 0.00005 for USDCAD or EURUSD with any Renko Bars, the charts won't load. They load OK if the tick size is 0.0001. However, the charts load just fine with any other bar types (range bars), even if tick size is less than 0.0001.

Even installation has failed. Screenshot attached. Not sure what's going on with SC :) As for the Price Display Format, I've always prefered Sierra chart to MT4 because it allows me to see 4-digit quotes rather than 5-digit quotes with any kind of bars, Renko included. Yes, price might fluctuate between 1.2801 and 1.2802, but the bars used to build perfectly fine until the recent update. SC used to round the price very well. Error code 32 means: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. This is definitively an issue on your side. The operating system is giving that error when Sierra Chart is opening the file mentioned in the log line. With an issue like that, the version simply does not matter. That was a lower level operating system file problem totally independent of any particular version. It is the same installer at all times.
