Hi, I have two trading accounts with two different brokers and would like to manage them simultaneously through a single DOM and can do this by making a double Sierra installation on the same pc? If you can not do it now in Sierra and wanting to create a custom application in C ++ you have suggestions or indication to give me, so I go through my programmer. Best regards |

You do need 2 installations of Sierra Chart on your computer. But you cannot manage both accounts through a single Trading DOM. Longer-term Sierra Chart will be able to support this, but only if the accounts are with the same trading service. One way to do this is possibly through the DTC server in both installations of Sierra Chart: Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. In response to post #4, this is currently supported. Refer to: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) But are you looking to be able to submit an order from one account and have it also go to other accounts at the same time? In this last case this is now supported but the feature has not yet been released for live trading. Only simulated trading. Yes, real live accounts. Not with separate backend trading platform services. You can use different brokers/clearing firms but only when using this new order routing service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Do you mean with this particular feature described here?: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Or do you mean with this new order routing service?: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service In the case of the above order routing service, you can have TT accounts at different brokers and/or clearing firms that are all mapped into a single Sierra Chart account which can then access them. How about trading two different instrument in the same time. For example, when trading S&P emini in margin account triggers an SPY trade in the retirement account? Can this feature be added or is it possible to be coded?

You can certainly program this but this would require using Interactive Brokers. ? - In order allocation. Is it possible to setup different quantities per account? Account XXX123 - Balance $100,000 = 10 Lots Account XXX567 - Balance $10,000 = 1 Lot .... If yes would I just set this up in the Trade Window per each account by a save configuration? |

No, you can not have different order quantities per account. It is just a duplicate order to the other accounts. So the same quantity for each order. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I am currently running an Evaluated account (Apteros) through Sierra. I'd like to run another evaluated account (Topstep) simultaneously so one order is placed in both accounts. I need to have the Topstep account added to the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts so that I can do so. How do I get that second account added? Thanks |

We do not believe that you can do this. Do you login to your Rithmic accounts using the same Username/Password for both accounts (Topstep and Apterols)? If you do, then you should be able to do this, and the accounts should both be showing up in your Sierra Chart. But, if you use different logins, then this is not possible.
