Trying to assist a customer. They have a little bit of space to the right side of their chart using the "Lock fill space" option and the customer would like to put the countdown timer in region 2 of the chart layout. When we make the change we are not able to draw lines in region 2, which is something we would like to do regardless what scale of the countdown timer we use. In region 2 (Right below the main chart) we have two indicators. The first one is Stochastic and the second one is custom Volume Indicator. In the attachment is a screenshot from the platform to show exactly what it looks like. We would like to have the count down timer exactly where it is on the screenshot however be able to draw for example a trend line in region 2. When we put the countdown timer in region 2 it seems to decrease the high of the volume, and change the scale of the chart.

In the list of studies on the chart, move the Countdown Timer to the bottom of the list. Refer to:

Great thank you also one other inquiry not related to this subject. When a customer uses the default setting in the Chart Setting section which is the Tick Size 0.000050 everything seems to be all right, (see the attachment 1). However the customer would like to use the tick size as 0.000100 and in that case the fibonacci tools, (retracement and projection), doesn't reach the very top of the candlestick from when the customer makes this measurement, (see the attachment 2 for this issue and the attachment 3 for the magnifying top). The customer has tried different set ups for the Chart calculator and fibbonacci tools and nothing is working properly.

Refer to this section here about automatically adjusting the tool values to the tick size:

Thank you all seem to work except just one thing

See, (attachment), not all are snapping are correctly. The round numbers end at 0 are ok however this number ended at 5 are wrong. I've checked again all to the points you've suggested I'm not sure what is causing this. I deliberately erased all lines from fibonnacci tool to make this screen more readable for you and put the number on certain tops / bottoms.

We cannot reproduce any problem with the automatic snapping functionality for drawing tools. It will always automatically snap to the open, high, low, close, no matter what the Tick Size is when Auto Snap on Creation is enabled.
