Unable to login after downloading current version today.

I downloaded the current version this morning. Once it downloaded, it begins the login process but the verifying tab just stays grayed out. And the charts do not come up. Can you help me? Thank you.

We have an idea of why this happening. It appears to be an operating system bug in Windows. We are working around it. We are going to be releasing version 961 in about 15 minutes.

I downloaded the 961 version and I am still having the same problem logging in. The verifying tab just stays grayed out when you are logging in. Thanks.

After about 20 seconds, do you get a message that indicates there is a timeout error?

Did the install, but the verifying tab is still staying grayed out when you are logging in.

Are you running firewall software other than the Windows firewall? Or any other kind of security software.

No, just Windows firewall. I use AVG free as my anti-virus.

I temporarily disabled AVG, and reinstalled, but the same thing is happening with the verifying tab staying grayed out.
