Chart Stuck at "Downloading Continuous Contract Data"

Hello, I am trying to request 500 days worth of 30M bars... and it stuck right there but no actual download is happening. I wonder if I should close down the program and restart, but afraid of losing the configurations on the chart.

UPDATE: Tried delete all data and recalculate - didn't work Tried closing the chartbook and re-open - didn't work Now every chart in other chartbooks with the same symbol (ES) are in this state now.

UPDATE: Switched the chart back to historical chart, data loaded without problem. Switched it back to intraday chart again with 10 days of 30M bars, not loading again.

hello there, im trying to load the chart on my chartbook but it stucks at 'Downloading Continuous Contract Data' and i tried a few things that said in the instructions but it didnt work, i also tried to change chart data type to historical chart and it showed my tpo chart in a blink of a second but eventually it switched back to intraday chart my purpose is to have historical chart to be able to train in market past if that helps you understand my situation better, i will attach my chartbook , thank you

as i said i tried these but the problem is that i cant even choose historical data to then follow the instructions for downloading historical data, when i choose hostorical data it switch back to intraday and then i get stuck,the issue is that i can not even put my chart into historical data
