When I try to see USD Daily, it doesn't plot more than a year.
When I try to see USD 60min, it doesn't plot anything.

We cannot reproduce the exception issue. So we have to conclude it is probably some system issue on your side.


And if you are providing us files from a different instance of Sierra Chart than where you are getting the exception, then you are not helping us and only complicating the issue.

To answer your question about the amount of historical data, refer to:

In regards to getting a blank chart, that is because you are using the wrong symbol. Refer to:

I understood that in order to use Sierra Chart Data Feed and see CME Market Depth I need to select my broker Gain Capital as Data/Trading service. Is it right?


If you can please verify me that I'm paying and have the configuration right for what I currently need would be a good help.
I ONLY want to see market Depth of E-mini S&P 500 Futures, market depth of all of the currency futures listed in the CME, and all Currency Pairs.
So I have selected Data/Trading service GAIN Capital/OEC [trading] and Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds, as that's my broker and I understood that it's cheapest way to have CME data.
And I'm paying for:
-Service Package 5
-100 Real-Time Symbols
-CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
Market Depth Included: Yes
Symbols: CME, GBLX

I guess that in order to see USD Market Depth I would need to pay for ICE USA

Yes, this is what you require.

If you want the US dollar index futures, that is on ICE US and you do have to pay the higher priced exchange fee for that. You can subscribe to that fee either through Gain Capital or through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
