We cannot reproduce the exception issue. So we have to conclude it is probably some system issue on your side.


And if you are providing us files from a different instance of Sierra Chart than where you are getting the exception, then you are not helping us and only complicating the issue.

To answer your question about the amount of historical data, refer to:

In regards to getting a blank chart, that is because you are using the wrong symbol. Refer to:
