I have three question and hope you can help me: 1. the 1 min chart is not showing full candles, only lines? how to change that ( I did the f5 but I still see lines not candles) 2. why is the price lagging? I use BitMEX. 3 chart looks slightly different from the BitMEX website, candles are different size compared to your chart please see attached, Thank you, Stefan |

1. We see candlestick bars in the chart. So we do not know what you are referring to. 2. How much of a lag do you see? 3. Sierra Chart displays the true open and closing values of each candlestick. Thank you, I found the problem. ( the pic attached was showing a 5min chart not a 1min however I found a fix thank you)

hi there, very often i have this problem, it works for a while and then price and candlestick do not match. Some latest candles are behind some walls or not updating properly. please help, Thank you rtnarayanan |

The Close at the top of the screen shows 3907.25, so that is the Last price of the bar that is displayed furthest to the right. That looks correct, but does not match what is displayed in your Price Ladder. The question is whether what is in your price ladder is actually your Last Price box or something else. You would need to take a look and see if there is a study that might be highlighting that price. We do not know, as there are many possibilities. If you have trouble figuring it out, then get us the chart in a Chartbook and we'll see if we can reproduce what you are seeing.
