Teletrader charts not updating anymore

Hi,

I have 2 sierra since a few months, one with the Sierra FXCM feed, on with Teletrader.

Since a few weeks the teletrader one is not working anymore, this is the situation :

- i start sierra, all the charts load up to this time
- then they tick (the price change on the right), but the chart itself never get updated
- if i restart sierra, the charts are updated, but are still not updating

I've already contacted the teletrade support and they confirmed that :
- my subscription was still active
- nothing is wrong on their end


My Sierra software is up to date, could it be a problem with the last version ?
Could this be related to this teletrader bridge i read about in your documentation ?

Any idea what I could do ?

There is no error or anything weird in the message log.

This has to do with a change with trade volume data from TeleTrader. We have made the necessary change to support this in Sierra Chart.

Update to the latest "Prerelease" following the instructions here:

Also, you need to re-download the data for the last month to make sure it is correct.

Scroll the chart back a month and right-click an select Delete and Download Data.

Thanks for your quick response.

After following your instruction It seems that Sierra cant connect to teletrade anymore.

This is good. This particular issue arose after the change to support the change with volume data from Teletrader.

It had to do with the Teletrader interface using the new network socket component in our software that we developed.


There was a problem with the sending of data.
