Hi, I have 2 sierra since a few months, one with the Sierra FXCM feed, on with Teletrader. Since a few weeks the teletrader one is not working anymore, this is the situation : - i start sierra, all the charts load up to this time - then they tick (the price change on the right), but the chart itself never get updated - if i restart sierra, the charts are updated, but are still not updating I've already contacted the teletrade support and they confirmed that : - my subscription was still active - nothing is wrong on their end My Sierra software is up to date, could it be a problem with the last version ? Could this be related to this teletrader bridge i read about in your documentation ? Any idea what I could do ? There is no error or anything weird in the message log.
