Data Error In File - Can't Correct the Error

I've followed the directions in the Intraday Data Editor page and opened a 10s chart. When I open Chart Values window and click on the problem bar it shows a value of -45. (This is on a YM chart.)

I right click on the bar and select Edit/Download Data and the values shown are not the value of the bar I've selected. If I click "Go to Date-Time" and enter the correct info it still does not display the values for the problem bar.

I've deleted and reloaded all data and the problem bar comes back so it's apparently coming from my data provider. When I export bar data to a text file I can find the problem data, but when I Export and Edit Intraday Data there are only about 20 bars per day shown and the problem value does not show up.

Am I missing something?

The problem is the data error is in the YM June contract data. You cannot correct it as you currently are.

The easiest thing to do is to follow the instructions here and re-download data for the June and September symbols:

First though, follow the instructions here to set Sierra Chart to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service :
