Poloniex data service has been down since the 1st of June. Is there any forecast when could it be fixed? Is this an issue on the exchange side? If yes, we, as their users, can push from our side as well.

Hi there. I'm in charge for providing Poloniex data in Sierra Chart. As far as I can see, the Poloniex service is not down. However, it is indeed delayed by like 5 hours, and bid/ask prices are the prices from 5 hours ago. I have no idea why is it like that, it is just that the data that Poloniex send through their websocket feed is delayed by 5 hours. I don't think it is intentional (I hope not, in any case). Queeq, when you say Poloniex is down, you mean that you cannot connect to it, or that the data is not correct? Best, Vincent

Can you sure you are on the latest prerelease version and do a full symbol reset (http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps) ? I can't reproduce.

We apologize for not looking into this more closely with the user and also not verifying that the data had actually stopped around June 1. It is delayed but only by a few hours. The log in post #6 indicates an issue with that particular version and also the Symbol Settings are not correct either. They are just in the process of changing their websocket feed, with obviously no notice whatsoever. Please don't use Poloniex for anything serious! :)

In any case, I'm upgrading Poloniex to the new format. Edit: Done. Hopefully this should be correct by now.
