We apologize for not looking into this more closely with the user and also not verifying that the data had actually stopped around June 1. It is delayed but only by a few hours.

The log in post #6 indicates an issue with that particular version and also the Symbol Settings are not correct either.

Update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

And perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as previously explained:
