Re: Chart Session Times: Day Session Only Weekly Chart Bars

This instruction works well. However, if for instance a Sunday start date (to have the weekly start on Monday) exceeds the available data when using Transact....the start day could be a Tuesday, Wednesday etc based on how far back one places the Sunday date.

If you were to look at this today....

Try using a start date of 2012-01-01 (Sunday) and the weekly bars will start on Tuesday.

If you use 2012-03-04 (Sunday and data is available) the bars start correctly on Monday. And any Sunday after this date works of course.

Thus I suspect that the problem occurs when the start date has no existing data.

Might need a note in instructions or some fix to check this (better solution).

Also, I'm wondering if the sliding window of 5 years or so of available data might cause and issue if the start date gets well behind over time. Don't know need a few weeks to see.

We will have to look this over when we have some time. Most likely it will be months before we can get to this.
