Is it possible to produce a chart of the ratio of two moving averages of futures contracts.
For example the ratio of (moving average of YM)/(moving average of ES) .

Yes this can be done.

You need to add the Moving Average study to each of those charts and enable this option on the Moving Average studies:

Once that is done, then use the Ratio (Single Line) study:
