Historical download not populating

Before I start trading I open multiple charts containing option symbols. Recently I have found the charts are not populating. This has just recently started happening in the new year. Using IB symbol formats. |

Restart Sierra Chart, and open only one options chart, connect to the data feed, wait a couple of minutes, and post a copy of the Message Log following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog Once again only open one chart and no others.
