1. The messages about requesting market depth data and unsubscribing are normal. 2. The Reading Data status message still displaying on the Status Bar even if there is no data being read has been resolved. Please update again by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. 3. Go to a chart and select Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart. What do you see in the list of accounts on the Trade Window? Hi Idownloaded the prerelease, now i get this error message and Sierrachart will not run anymore, it doesn't get passed the error message see screenshot

Hi Nico, I have 3 instances of SC, I having the same problem for 2 of the instances. I solve this problem by using direct download from Pre-release webpage and reinstall SC.

i did, but the problem is that that version can't open my chartbooks :( somehow i can't seem to find the version i was on before i downloaded the prerelease i believe it was version 1000 but that one isn't on the site hope you get this solved quicky

Hi Nico, You are right, I only able to run SC if I select "Run SierraChart" after installation. But after I closed SC and try to re-run it, the same message popup.

ymlee, thx although i already tried that aswell, I redownloaded the 1004 version form the site AND when it asked in the end " run sierrachart" , this time i clicked NO then start SC the normal way, I have it now running

SC support, here are few more issues with version 1005 1. I follow 4 european markets ( eurex futures) these are ESTX50, DAX, BUND and BOBL normaly these 4 markets trad trading at 08h00 am Brussel time Although thc the CTS platform they start tradign at 008h00 am , in Sierra chart only the BOBL symbol does start trading ESXT50, DAX and BUND do not want to start charting until I do a disconnect and reconnect !! 2. 1. We are going to advise CTS about this problem. 2. We see 2 problems related to getting market data for CME_Fo-E7-CME_20130900_E7U3 One of these we have resolved. The 2nd problem is you are using the wrong symbol. This is the old symbol format. Follow these instructions here to change the symbol of the chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/CTS_T4.php#UsingFIX 3. Same as #2. CME_Fo-J7-CME_20130900_J7U3 is not the right format. 4. We think we know what you are trying to show in these chart images. However, next time, please provide us a chart without any studies, and set to 1 minute per bar the case of an Intraday chart. This problem has been pointed out to us by another user and reported to CTS. We are still waiting for an answer and resolution. There are a lot of issues you have brought to our attention, please wait until CTS gets these resolved and we are also going to put out a new release tomorrow.
