1. We are going to advise CTS about this problem. 2. We see 2 problems related to getting market data for CME_Fo-E7-CME_20130900_E7U3 One of these we have resolved. The 2nd problem is you are using the wrong symbol. This is the old symbol format. Follow these instructions here to change the symbol of the chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/CTS_T4.php#UsingFIX 3. Same as #2. CME_Fo-J7-CME_20130900_J7U3 is not the right format. 4. We think we know what you are trying to show in these chart images. However, next time, please provide us a chart without any studies, and set to 1 minute per bar the case of an Intraday chart. This problem has been pointed out to us by another user and reported to CTS. We are still waiting for an answer and resolution.
