thanks - that has sorted the price scale out, but (probably unrelated) my composite VBP looks odd - every other increment (ending in 5) does not appear to draw correctly -that is they are all the same level. This is the same for every chart in this chartbook with a composite profile.

Here you go - hopefully what I am describing is obvious:

We apologize for the delay. Just due to the complexity and length of the chart we did not have a chance to get to it until today. It is very unusual to see this. Not sure what it is about the underlying data causing the volume profile to look like that.

We see nothing with the Chart or Study settings which would cause this. This is what we see after removing the other studies changing the symbol to match the service we are using:

We recommend re-downloading the data following these instructions:

the composite profile still looks the same after selecting delete all data and download (I did this with all symbols for this chartbook selected).

You image supplied is what I would expect to see.

Cheers

OK it just occurred to us what the problem is. The problem is that it is only this year, 2016, that the CME reduced the tick size to .00005. That is why you see the lower volume at that particular tick increment.

We recommend increasing the Ticks per Volume Bar input with the study to 2.

Thanks - that removes the unusual behaviour - each bar in the composite profile now (as expected) covers 2 prices rather than just one.

Cheers
