(1)I tried to pay for more usage time by maestro debit card. But it appeared as invalid card number while it is actually valid. In your payment form, credit card only shows up as default not allowing to choose debit card which I guess is the reason for invalid card number. Please help me. I cannot function without Sierra Chart. Urgent!
(2)If the problem persists, could you allow me to use chart for just one month without payment so that I can rearrange my card in the meantime? I was a faithful subscriber so far and will remain so in future too.

I tried my maestro card through Dalpay option this morning as suggested above and it still didn't get thru. Could you give me additional two week extension? I am now preparing a visa card of my own and several more days ahead before completion I guess. Urgent Could you possibly give me a little more extension? much obliged. I was told yesterday that I have to apply for visa card all over again as an issuing error took place in the process of making my card. sorry for giving you confusing story again but the things are as such here ridiculous with me. No matter what the reason,if I don't obtain it within two weeks, I will have my brother pay for the subscription or will wire-transfer one year subscription fee to your bank account from my bank. much, much obliged.

intraday chart of HKG33 ends at 17:15:00 no exception so far. But yesterday it kept on moving until 22:25:00. Did it happen as a one time episode or the data feeding time changed up to 22:25:00?

On 2017-1-26 Hong Kong time, there is trading up until 21:25.

Also, we cannot answer your question because this is CFD data from FXCM. We do not know the reason why data is provided at certain times and not at other times if there is variation.

Today I tried to pay for renewal of my present subscription by adding funds to my account. I didn't succeed in doing so anyhow. Attempted payment didn't get through to your system. I guess it is almost identical problem as occurred a few month ago, not sure though. Could you give me some several days of extension over my present suscription? Today I was advised from my bank that a newly arranged mastercard will come out next Wednesday on April 20. Could you kindly give me a couple more days of extension of usage time so that I can use the chart until April 20 before I pay with the card? I am awefully sorry for having to make a second request for extension. Here in Korea, credit cards are delivered in person by a delivery man called quick service. my bank telephoned me and I got surprised that he was stolen credit cards on his way to delivery in a subway station. The bank man told me to pick it up in person at Seoul branch on next Monday. I have no choice but appear in person to pick up my card on Monday as advised by my bank. I don't know how to say sorry to you for this perplexing situation. I'd appreciate you if you understand what I am telling you and extend my usage time one more time. Just in case, I'd like it to be by next Tuesday. Many, many thanks in advance for your patience and generosity and sorry about that.
