(1)I tried to pay for more usage time by maestro debit card. But it appeared as invalid card number while it is actually valid. In your payment form, credit card only shows up as default not allowing to choose debit card which I guess is the reason for invalid card number. Please help me. I cannot function without Sierra Chart. Urgent! (2)If the problem persists, could you allow me to use chart for just one month without payment so that I can rearrange my card in the meantime? I was a faithful subscriber so far and will remain so in future too.
