Today I tried to pay for renewal of my present subscription by adding funds to my account. I didn't succeed in doing so anyhow. Attempted payment didn't get through to your system. I guess it is almost identical problem as occurred a few month ago, not sure though. Could you give me some several days of extension over my present suscription? I will be able to find a way to resolve this issue in the interim before expiry. thanks and obliged.
