I changed Max Intraday data to load to 186 in Global settings, I changed Chart Settings days to load to 60, then did the Delete all data and download, and SC downloaded 9 years of intraday data (Date range in file changed to 2007) for each symbol. My SSD filled up with all that data I didn't want on my PC and crashed my computer. Do you have any suggestions

Hey guys - I can't get hardly any intraday data (Data/Trade Service: Interactive Brokers). When I click Chart Settings > Main Settings i have number of days set to load at 60, but the 'Date Range In File' starts at 2016-09-25, so I'm only getting a couple of weeks of intraday data. I can't change the date range in file either. (I can change it, but it doesn't accept the changes). I tried troubleshooting with the documentation on your website, but nothing I did worked.

What you described here is an impossibility:
I changed Max Intraday data to load to 186 in Global settings, I changed Chart Settings days to load to 60, then did the Delete all data and download, and SC downloaded 9 years of intraday data (Date range in file changed to 2007) for each symbol.

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Make sure the following two settings:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload

Do not exceed 186.

And tell us what symbols data was downloaded for. We need the exact symbols. Or just give us one or two of them.

Nevermind. I did a restart and the data must have compressed on my SSD cause I have the space left I did before, and all the data is loading in SC
