I'm a Gain Capital/OEC user and my data is not updating today. I was unable to connect to the server, at first. I updated to version 1466 and this restored my connection but data is still not downloading. I tried changing the symbol to two digit dates but this did not restore functionality. Please advise. Thank you. |

I updated to version 1467. Data is still not updating. Changed "Chart Data Type" to Intraday Chart. No change. Performed "Delete All Data And Download". Chart error appeared: Download Failed. Message Log shows: FIX reject reason: Unknown contract. I re-entered symbol in Chart Settings using the Find button and performed "Delete All Data And Download". No change. Please advise. Thank you. |

For reasons which we do not completely understand, the two digit years in symbols are not working on your Gain Capital account. We have no trouble ourselves using symbol ZSX16. Prior to updating to version 1467 (and then to 1468), my ZSX16 charts included cumulative delta information going back to the start of the contract. After updating the software, cumulative delta data is no longer appearing on the chart.
