Hello, I noticed a huge anomaly in the numbers bars study and the cumulative delta when opening sierra on my laptop and on my pc. I have attached some pictures to illustrate the problem. No. 1 shows the numbers bar study and the cumulative delta when opened in my laptop and no. 4 shows exactly the same chartbook on my pc, but the cumulative delta is way off and the bid/ask volumes are not correct. I have also attached no.2 and 3 which is a typical 15m candlestick chart showing the volumes for each bar having no problem. The screenshots are from yesterday's trading session in the German Bund. I have no idea why there is so much difference in the bid/ask study when using my laptop or pc. I use the PC for trading and it seems that I have been looking at the wrong data because whenever I perform my analysis later at night using the laptop, the numbers bar study doesn't is completely different. Thank you...

First, do not post images in the way that you did. These are not acceptable to us and did not give us any useful information. Only use the method described here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

And it is not acceptable to just simply say something is not right and provide a large complex desktop image. You need to be very specific about one particular Date-Time and one particular value. It is only necessary to give one example. What you gave us is an information bombardment and is not useful.

We have looked into this and there is an inconsistency with recent EUREX data when using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. It had to do with a backup data feed we were providing due to a Barchart EUREX data problem earlier this week.

We would not have thought there would be a significant discrepancy, only minor but we can see that it is significant. For the past week the historical data is now consistent on our servers.

Follow the instructions here to re-download the data for the last week:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails2.html#h2.1.2

We will think about how to make the prior data consistent and accurate as much as possible. We do apologize for this problem and we did not realize there was such a significant issue like this. And Barchart the data provider, has been told that the particular issue which led to this, is simply not acceptable and must be permanently resolved.

Before tomorrow's open, we are going to correct the bid volume and ask volume data for the last two weeks as best as we can.

The work involved to make the EUREX Bid Volume and Ask Volume consistent and accurate on the SC Exchange Data Feed servers for the last two months is going to be more involved. It will not be done until later this week.

However, effective July 11 to the present, this EUREX volume data is accurate and consistent now.

We finished today with the programming to correct the data.

We will have the prior data corrected before the EUREX open on Monday. We will work on the June and September 2016 contracts.
