First, do not post images in the way that you did. These are not acceptable to us and did not give us any useful information. Only use the method described here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image And it is not acceptable to just simply say something is not right and provide a large complex desktop image. You need to be very specific about one particular Date-Time and one particular value. It is only necessary to give one example. What you gave us is an information bombardment and is not useful. We have looked into this and there is an inconsistency with recent EUREX data when using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. It had to do with a backup data feed we were providing due to a Barchart EUREX data problem earlier this week. We would not have thought there would be a significant discrepancy, only minor but we can see that it is significant. For the past week the historical data is now consistent on our servers. We do apologize for this problem and we did not realize there was such a significant issue like this. And Barchart the data provider, has been told that the particular issue which led to this, is simply not acceptable and must be permanently resolved.
