Hello,

I am evaluating package 5, but I am receiving the following message when adding Market Depth Historical Graph. Version 1437.

"Market Depth Historical Graph | Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package."

Is this likely to be fixed in the future? The link is not an acceptable solution for those with affiliated accounts.
The market depth is a fantastic feature to add so well done on that.

So the solution is to install sierracharts again, manually copy over files and pay sierracharts directly for a service which I'm paying for anyway?
And all this for an indicator which was developed by a generous member on futures.io which sierracharts have renamed?
I think my comment is more than justified.

You do not have to install Sierra Chart again or copy any files.

Simply create your own Sierra Chart account and log in with your own account following these instructions:

This is not true even in the slightest. There has been extensive work developing this study in Sierra Chart.

There is no way for any outside developer to develop the underlying capability for complete access to and historical storage of market depth data. This functionality in Sierra Chart is very sophisticated, efficient, extensive and has been perfected over years of development.

And also there is no outside indicator which can display the historical market depth data as fast and efficient as a built-in study can.

Additionally, the attention to detail for the functionality Sierra Chart provides with and related to the Market Depth Historical Graph study, is very extensive. Any outside developed study is not going to come close to the level of quality and reliability and efficiency compared to what we offer.
