Hello, I am evaluating package 5, but I am receiving the following message when adding Market Depth Historical Graph. Version 1437. "Market Depth Historical Graph | Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package." Thanks in Advance. |

Hello Engineering, Is this likely to be fixed in the future? The link is not an acceptable solution for those with affiliated accounts. The market depth is a fantastic feature to add so well done on that. |

Yes, this may be solved but why is it not an acceptable solution to have a direct Sierra Chart account?

So the solution is to install sierracharts again, manually copy over files and pay sierracharts directly for a service which I'm paying for anyway? And all this for an indicator which was developed by a generous member on futures.io which sierracharts have renamed? I think my comment is more than justified. |

You do not have to install Sierra Chart again or copy any files. Simply create your own Sierra Chart account and log in with your own account following these instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/LoginInstructions.php#DifferentAccountName for a service which I'm paying for anyway?
Cancel what you are paying through your broker.for an indicator which was developed by a generous member on futures.io which sierracharts have renamed? This is not true even in the slightest. There has been extensive work developing this study in Sierra Chart.
