My DAX-201606-DTB-EUR-25 feed is basically stopped but my IB DAX CFD is moving normally. I don't know if it's actual/real or a feed or exchange thing. Anyone got an idea? |

My FESX has ground to a halt also volume and Best Bid n Offers BUND too ES-201606-GLOBEX is/seems ok Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-06-14 07:36:37

There is clearly a Barchart data problem. We are going patch in a different data feed, but that may take us up to 30 minutes.

The EUREX data feed is now working. We apologize for the issue. It was a Barchart server data problem. They have been notified about it. We are using an alternate data feed at this time. We will make it clear to them, that they need to do a much better job and this is quite serious because this is the second time in recent months this has happened. There is going to be some incomplete data today for the EUREX due to the data problem. It was a Barchart server data problem.
this is the second time in recent months this has happened.
I am assuming that you are using the CQG Data Feed now? Would it be possible to use it for Eurex permantly? It clearly works better and in adition it provides 20 levels of market depth each side. |

We will keep it on one server until Barchart releases EUREX over Open Feed. We cannot use it on both servers because it has no redundancy. Also the Barchart feed is also a CQG feed.
