hi, i´d like to ask what is going on with SI-201309-NYMEX. i am not able to download data and i can see silver is working normaly in TWS. thx |

it is working but why is this problem only in SI. i have other markets and only in SI i need to use this format?!

hi, so there is a problem in SI. i ususaly have another format in sierra for IB. SI-201309-NYMEX. as we said i am trying SIU3-FUT-NYMEX-USD. But, now i can se the position line is not displayed. this SIU3-FUT-NYMEX-USD format is unusual for me under IB. can you help?
