Sierra is uptodate with purchase time and I have an existing FXCM demo account.
Will Sierra need to assign a new FXCM demo to my Sierra account or is there a way I can assign my existing FXCM demo.
Either way will do, whichever is more convenient and faster. Thanks.

A FXCM trading account has now been assigned to your Sierra Chart account.

The particular account number assigned to your Sierra Chart account can be viewed on this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service" to "FXCM Demo Trading - DTC".

Connect to the server with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

Depending upon when you receive this message it may take up to two minutes for our server to receive the updated authorizations for you to be able to connect.

Thanks for the quick reply. The FXCM demo is working. However the trade log is not showing trade commissions.
