the chart values running horizontally across the top...is there a way to make the font for that bigger and also the font for the numbers for the price retracement tool |

You will need to update the Chart Text Font under Graphics Settings: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GraphicsSettings.html The font size for a Chart Drawing Tool can be set with Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Global Chart Drawing Font.
