You will need to update the Chart Text Font under Graphics Settings: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GraphicsSettings.html The font size for a Chart Drawing Tool can be set with Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Global Chart Drawing Font.
