non-functioning Sierra Chart

This morning I started up Sierra Chart version 1253 as usual and found the Toolbar near the top of the screen intact across the screen but NO TEXT of all things on the buttons only the information of which button it was by the mouse cursor pointer and when I opened a chart book, which was to be an update of a number of historical daily charts, the charts loaded but no updating took place even if I was connected to Sierra Chart. I have no idea what to make of this. Sierra Chart was working perfectly when I shut it off yesterday. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - Rick

To solve the ToolBar problem we recommend updating to the newest version of Sierra Chart following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate The ToolBar has been rebuilt and a problem like this is much less likely to occur. The reason for the problem is going to be an operating system level issue relating to the available memory to create bitmap objects.
