To solve the ToolBar problem we recommend updating to the newest version of Sierra Chart following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate The ToolBar has been rebuilt and a problem like this is much less likely to occur. The reason for the problem is going to be an operating system level issue relating to the available memory to create bitmap objects.
