Real time charts not updating

I have gone through all of the procedures that I could find in the support pages to troubleshoot this problem. The last thing I did was follow the procedure outlined in 3.4.2. In doing so I determined that my quote board is not updating. I have deleted and re-downloaded data to no avail; so I do not believe I am dealing with a corruption. The symbol in question is QQQ. I have not checked any other symbols. I purchased the SC stock exchange data last night. Historical prices are working. Forgot to mention that I have also disabled my virus scanner without result. I'm a new user so it is probably my error, but do not know what steps to take other than those I have already gone through.

Please help.

OK good. What we would normally recommend in this case is to simply reconnect to the data feed:

It takes a few minutes for the server to update with new authorizations. If after activating the data feed on your account you connected within one or two minutes, you may not have had authorization on that connection.
