I have gone through all of the procedures that I could find in the support pages to troubleshoot this problem. The last thing I did was follow the procedure outlined in 3.4.2. In doing so I determined that my quote board is not updating. I have deleted and re-downloaded data to no avail; so I do not believe I am dealing with a corruption. The symbol in question is QQQ. I have not checked any other symbols. I purchased the SC stock exchange data last night. Historical prices are working. Forgot to mention that I have also disabled my virus scanner without result. I'm a new user so it is probably my error, but do not know what steps to take other than those I have already gone through. Please help. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-01-13 18:20:39
