What we would normally recommend in this case is to simply reconnect to the data feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect It takes a few minutes for the server to update with new authorizations. If after activating the data feed on your account you connected within one or two minutes, you may not have had authorization on that connection.
