The issue has been fixed although running into another issue, correct symbol opens, send orders to trade service is yes, I see the signal sell in the trade log yet I still see no order in IB.

It also looks as though the symbol for the chart is not updating properly, as you can see the time for the trade was 11:32:01 and the time for the chart is 10:43,
I can manually place orders in IB account fine.

Understand you are going to have a lot of problems with Interactive Brokers market data.

Any further help you require in this regard is going to be chargeable at 75 USD per hour. We will require a payment to your Additional Services Balance. This is getting far too costly for us to help with. You are asking about problems with an external service and with your own programming issues.

Also, one thing we want to add is that for option symbols you may want to use a different recording suffix like -ALL:
