The issue has been fixed although running into another issue, correct symbol opens, send orders to trade service is yes, I see the signal sell in the trade log yet I still see no order in IB. Attached screenshot for your viewing.

It also looks as though the symbol for the chart is not updating properly, as you can see the time for the trade was 11:32:01 and the time for the chart is 10:43, I can manually place orders in IB account fine.
