Significant delay in CQG real-time data thru SC and no real-time data after re-connection

Hi SC team, at the market open I noticed more than a minute delay in real-time data for all symbols. Reconnecting to the data-feed doesn't help, data stopped coming thru and market depth disappeared after the re-connection. Any other applications continue to receive data from CQG flawlessly. Please advise. Thanks.

Are you still having a problem with not receiving real-time data at all?

If so, we need to see the Message Log.

Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

However, first update Sierra Chart to the current version:

We did fix a problem where under certain conditions the very first symbol subscribed to would not receive market data, when using CQG. But it would be unlikely that users would encounter this.

No, it "normalized" about 11:30 AM and I'm currently receiving real-time data but it is still off by a few seconds (I compare to CQG front-ends, Ninja connected to CQG accounts, Rithmic and Interactive Brokers data). My initial thought was that I had too many charts open but CPU utilization by this instance of Sierra was about mere 4-6% and memory usage was just 500 Mb.
I'm going to update to the current version after the close of the markets today and will go thru steps from the help topic 4. Will give you a feedback then.

The other program mentioned most likely does not connect to CQG through their CQG Web API. This is a completely different interface. This is why you can see differences.

Updating is not going to change this but update anyway. Feedback should be provided to CQG. Usually they want to know the session token. Newer versions of Sierra Chart log this. So whatever feedback is provided, we will just forward to CQG. Also include the session token you see in the Sierra Chart Message Log.

Understood, but usually there is no so much difference. Something is definitely going wrong with CQG data today.
I just updated to 1346 and still real-time data is lagging behind. No charts open, only new quoteboard with ES (and some other symbols requested by remote instance).

Thanks for letting me know. The same story today, data is lagging by 5-7 minutes. I also see other threads about the problem. I suggest you could make CQG contacts publicly available here on the board. So people could send them official complaints. What's going on with their data feed is unacceptable.

i see there is still random delay ,candles are different from another platform and repaints when data is deleted and downloaded.
what is strange is i don't' see any delay with other platform where i use CQG as datafeed.
