The other program mentioned most likely does not connect to CQG through their CQG Web API. This is a completely different interface. This is why you can see differences.

Updating is not going to change this but update anyway. Feedback should be provided to CQG. Usually they want to know the session token. Newer versions of Sierra Chart log this. So whatever feedback is provided, we will just forward to CQG. Also include the session token you see in the Sierra Chart Message Log.
