can't get my charts back up

how do I find your answers ? I have been going crazy trying to get my charts back up but they will not go up. Tried individually by using my intraday chart set ups .. still shows "waiting to download historical data". I tried rebooting and going again into Interactive Brokers workstation ... but still get the same thing. How do I get them back up and where do I find your reply. tried installing each individually - from my intraday charts -- all say waiting to download historical data - and they are not upgrading. What is going on? Two new problems - 1 - the new version is now operating, but the font is too small .. how do I enlarge it. 2 - I accidentally hit the text box in the new toolbar .. and now I can't get rid of it. A text box keeps opening. How do I cancel it .. tried hitting cancel, but it comes up every time I click on a chart. |

one other thing - I now have an extra line where toolbars are, making the charts smaller. How do I delete one of the toolbar spaces on top of the screen.

It is taking some time to go through all of your postings. There is some problem with this Chartbook: Futures.cht It should be deleted. Please use a backup Chartbook as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Chartbooks.html#BackupChartbook If you still have trouble with back up Chartbooks, then you need to create a new Chartbook. Something had gone wrong when the Chartbook file was being saved. 1. To change the size of the fonts, go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings. 2. This question is not clear for us. I deleted the Futures chart and set up a new Futures setup. However, still can't change the size of the font inside the boxes and on the outside (the actual quote). It is still Tahoma, but I changed it to 10 from 8, but nothing changed on the screen.
