We are working on these. We have completed: Crude Palm Kernel Oil USD (FOPO) - MDEX You need to restart Sierra Chart for the updated settings. We will let you know when the others are done. Update: One thing we realized is that possibly the problem is you are trying to get an Intraday chart? If you do not receive any Intraday chart data, it means Intraday chart data is not available. But you should not have any trouble with Historical Daily charts. We verified that. Basically what we are doing is making sure all of the Symbol Settings for the mentioned symbols are correct. Yes, i use intraday of course. But i still dont understand why BMF corn is working intraday, but BMF soybean no? (daily too - not working!!!) Crude Palm Kernel Oil USD (FOPO) - MDEX - working daily - intraday not ;( |

We have correctly set all of the symbol settings. The next step is for us to check the data and see if there is anything that looks unusual. In some cases you definitely will not get historical Intraday data and that is not unusual for these exchanges. Will check on BMF soybeans. Our data provider says there is no Intraday data for the SJ futures because there is no trading activity for it. You can tell by looking at the Volume of each bar on a Daily chart. It will be zero. Very strange, i thought SoyBean futures contract on BM&F SunPaulo Stock Exchange this is one of main futures... I need soybean from Brazil ;)
