Downloaded latest version 1296 and it deleated all my Chartbooks

All my layouts have disappeared. At least all my templates studies are still there so I can rebuild but that's annoying and time consuming.

This is an impossibility. Sierra Chart will never delete Chartbook files. I just used the Help - Download function as I have in the past and everything always remained the same but this time my Chartbooks are empty. Just saying as other may experience the same. I'll go searching for their location as per your instructions. |

An empty Chartbook is a different case and the likely cause would be an issue on your system. Sometimes we see cases where a file consists of nothing but repeating 0 bytes. The only explanation for something like this is going to be an operating system level problem. It would be extremely unlikely that anyone would experience this. There are backups available.
